AVATAR (CUSTOM ARTWORK) SERVICE

AVATAR CUSTOM ARTWORK QUESTIONS: 

Do you offer AVATARS? 
Yes, If you currently DO NOT have an Avatar and/or looking to have a NEW one created. You would need to purchase 1 of these items that we offer "Bomber w/AVATAR, Jersey w/AVATAR or Throw w/AVATAR". We DO NOT offer AVATAR SERVICE as a Stand alone service.

What is the Process?
Once you have purchased one of the above item(s) you'll receive an email with 2 Questionnaire Forms (Standard Design Concept & Customer Design Concept) that would need to be completed and emailed back along with 2 CLEAR PHOTOS.

PHOTO INSTRUCTION/REQUIREMENT:

(1) PLEASE SEND A CLEAR FACE/HAIRSTYLE PIC and (1) FULL FRONTAL BODY SHOT. THE PHOTO(S) YOU PROVIDE IS THE PHOTO(S) OUR ARTIST WILL USE TO SKETCH YOUR IMAGE.  NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE "JUST SEE" ARTWORK IMAGES.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU PROVIDE PHOTO(S) OF YOURSELF THAT ARE NOT BECOMING (HairStyle, Facial Expression, i.e.) THAT IS WHAT YOUR IMAGE LIKENESS WILL BE CREATE FROM.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OUR ARTIST WILL NOT MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR HAIR AND/OR FACE AFTER THE IMAGE HAS BEEN DRAWN.    Please note this is not a portrait of yourself it is an image that is illustrated in your likeness. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY GROUP PHOTOS, SIDE POSES, PHOTOS WITH FILTERS/FUZZY ETC.

What is the Cost?
The fee for your AVATAR is SEPARATE from the cost of the item(s) you purchased from us i.e. (Bomber w/AVATAR, Jersey w/AVATAR or Throw w/AVATAR). The fee for the STANDARD DESIGN CONCEPT IS $75 and up and the fee for the CUSTOMER DESIGN CONCEPT IS $150 and up.


The fee is the ARTIST FEE and will be paid via PAYAPL. Upon receiving the completed Questionnaire and the 2 required photos, the PAYPAL INVOICE will be sent. Once we receive the payment ALL information will be provided to our artist to start on your image. 

What is Vectoring and the Cost?
Whenever new artwork is added to our system, the artwork must be in a certain format. Vectorizing is a process were the images are scalable meaning they don't lose resolution if you increase or decrease their size.   

Vectoring requires a one-time setup fee of $50, but once the design is in our system, it never has to be vector again and you can order future items with that design at normal cost. The vector fee does not include the price of the garment itself.

Vector Fee Non-Refundable:  Since vectoring is a service that we pay our artists to perform for you, we do not allow refund on vectoring. We will tweak your design until you are happy with it, but if you want an entirely different design, you will have to pay a separate vectoring fee.

Mock-up Approval for Custom Artwork:
Taylor'd Greek Gear provides a full color mock-up for each order as well as for any change(s) made to an order via email.  As the customer, you are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your layout. Please review all mock-up carefully before approving. Double check garment size, spelling, and color because your order will be created based on the final proof that you approve.

Also note that the colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual color of the garments and materials in real life. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute a manufacturing error.

Making changes after your custom order is approved and in production: Once we have received your final approval of the proof via email, NO changes are allowed to the artwork, design, clothing size, spelling or turnaround time.
